1. Patented De-labeling system can remove shrinkable PVC or plastic labels or glued paper labels before crushing,

2. The Hot water pre-washing device can easily remove the serious contamination and the glue on the bottles,

3. The well-designed crusher device, like the scissors, cut the bottles into flakes in 1-2 times easily, providing the energy saving and minimum ash benefits

4. The high-efficient friction & washing system can remove any heavy contaminated dirty from the flakes,  No matter what the dirty degree is, if these are used PET bottles, our line can process them. It is very vital to upgrade the flakes quality.
