Detailed Product Description


  1. PURPOSE :This line is for recycling used, contaminated PP/PE films,bags to get further processing products. The line can process the bale of bottles. 
  2.  RAW MATERIAL:Feeding raw material are dirty PP/PE films, bags together with contamination, paper or other plastic material.
  3. FINISHED PRODUCT:The finished product is clean PP/PE flakes, the particle size of flake is from 6 - 15 mm.
  4. PROCESSING PROCEDURE:
    -  preparation of raw material
    -   manually sorting unqualified material and open the baled material
    -   crushing the material into flakes
    -   prewashing flakes and conveying
    -   pwerful frictional rinsing (in detergent or in clean water)
    -   washing and floating (separate other material PVC, PET from line )
    -   centrifugal dehydrating

5.      OUTPUT : 300-500 kg / hour  

6.      MAN POWER: 5 persons
