Detailed Product Description

1. PURPOSE :This line is for recycling used, contaminated PP cases to get further    processing products.
2. RAW MATERIAL:Feeding raw material are whole used PP cases with inner devices.
3. FINISHED PRODUCT:The finished product is clean PP flakes, the particle size of flake is from 6 - 15 mm.
4. PROCESSING PROCEDURE:
   -    preparation of raw material-- PP battery
   -    shredding & crushing the material into flakes
   -    separating PP material & lead material by vibrator machine
   -    powerful washing and rinsing flakes
   -    floating (separate non-PP material or contamination from line)
   -    centrifugal dehydrating
5. OUTPUT : 300-500 kg/hr  
6. AREA OCCUPATION:  300² * 5m(H)
